For India, Meghvi do have a 5 day Exchange & Return policy. For any reason, if you are not satisfied with the product, please go to https://meghvi.com/a/returns and place exchange or return request within 48 hrs of receiving the product with the product photos attached (T&C apply)
- What should I do in case of the manufacturing defect/damage product/wrong product?
If you have received a defective or wrong product, it will be eligible for replacement. Please place a return request from the website within 48 hrs of receiving the product with the product photos attached.
- How are the returns made?
Refund will be processed to your original mode of payment which will be done within 1-2 days of Return Pickup of the Order.
4. How are the refunds made?
a. In case of Prepaid orders, Refund will be initiated to the original mode of payment. Money will be credited within 1-2 business days after return pickup is done
b. In case of COD orders, bank account details will be collected at the time of placing return request & Refund will be initiated accordingly within 1-2 days of product pickup.
