Once your payment is authorized and your order is completed, you will receive an email, SMS & Whatsapp number from Meghvi confirming the order placement with the Order ID.

Log in to www.meghvi.com and go to “My Orders” section under “Account”.
In India, 5-7 days, International 10-20 days.
For India,
a. Free shipping on all Orders - No minimum order value
b. For International, we ship to all the major countries like USA, UK, Europe, Canada, Malaysia, UAE, Australia, Singapore. Shipping charges vary from country to country. Kindly proceed to chcekout to see the shipping charges.

7-day Exchange & Return policy. For any reason, if you are not satisfied with the product, u can raise Exchange/Return request from www.meghvi.com/a/returns along with product photos attached.
In that unlikely case please inform us immediately within 48 hrs, we will arrange for return pickup and arrange for replacement.
In case of both Prepaid & COD payment, please email your bank account details at info@meghvi.com (Account number, IFSC and Account holder name). Money will be credited within 1-2 business days after return pickup is done
