9. What is your Return Policy?
7-day Exchange & Return policy. For any reason, if you are not satisfied with the product, you can raise Exchange/Return request from www.meghvi.com/a/returns along with product photos attached. (Terms & Conditions apply)

10. What should I do in case of the manufacturing defect/damage product/wrong product?
In that unlikely case please raise Return request immediately within 48 hrs of delivery, we will arrange for return pickup and arrange for replacement.

11. How are the refunds made?
a. In case of Prepaid orders, Refund will be initiated to the original mode of payment.
