In India, 4-7 days.
8. Are there any shipping charges?
For India,
For Prepaid Orders - Free shipping on all Orders - No minimum order value
For COD Orders - Rs.70 additional charges
9. What is your Return Policy?
5-day Exchange & Return policy. For any reason, if you are not satisfied with the product, you can raise Exchange/Return request from www.meghvi.com/a/returns along with product photos attached. (Terms & Conditions apply)
10. What should I do in case of the manufacturing defect/damage product/wrong product?
In that unlikely case please raise Return request immediately within 48 hrs of delivery, we will arrange for return pickup and arrange for replacement.
11. How are the refunds made?
a. In case of Prepaid orders, Refund will be initiated to the original mode of payment. Money will be credited within 1-2 business days after return pickup is done
b. In case of COD orders, bank account details will be collected at the time of placing return request & Refund will be initiated accordingly within 1-2 days of product pickup.
